The official WhatsApp API.
A developer API on top of Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API — verify your number, send approved templates, and receive replies over webhooks.
What is the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API is the official channel that lets companies message customers on WhatsApp programmatically. Unlike the regular WhatsApp Business app, there is no phone that has to stay online, and no limit on how many agents answer from the same number.
Access goes through a solution provider such as Yexa Pro. We handle registration with Meta, template review, number quality management, and the sending layer — you work with one REST API and a bilingual dashboard.
Outbound messages sent outside the 24-hour window must use a Meta-approved template. Inside the window you can reply freely with text or media.
What you get
Number verification & registration
Connect your number through Meta Embedded Signup, and track verification state and number quality from the dashboard.
Approved templates
Author templates in Arabic and English, submit them for review, and track approval with automatic sync.
Programmatic sending
One endpoint to send text, media, or a template with variables — queued, with retries on failure.
Event webhooks
Receive inbound messages plus delivery and read receipts on your own endpoint.
API keys & permissions
Per-environment keys, role-based permissions, and a full log of every call.
Delivery tracking
Per-message state — sent, delivered, read, or failed with the error reason from Meta.
